Teaching Iyengar yoga since 1995 in Westchester

Assist teaching special needs (medical therapeutics)class at the Iyengar Institute in New York City since fall '07

Iyengar yoga certified in 2000.  


Continued study with senior Iyengar teachers toward further certification.  Attended Iyengar Institute in Pune, India in 2000, 2004, and 2008.
 
Certified in Yamuna Body Rolling.
 
Studied and practiced meditation with Tibetan Buddhist lama and community of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche for three years in the mid-70s.
 
Taught dance and improvisation to kids and adults in N.Y.C. at N.Y.U. Open Space, Children's Museum of Manhattan and other locations.
 
Worked as a dance therapist for N.Y.C. Board of Education and various treatment centers in N.Y.C.
