Nancy demo's and teaches a practice for full hearted recovery from breast cancer treatment based on Iyengar Yoga and simple breath meditation practice from the Buddhist tradition. Nancy Kardon, a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, went through a lumpectomy spring 1010 and shares this practice, a source of strength and healing.
